Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Furries PH Events ("Platform"), a rego service operated by Furries Philippines ("Furries PH", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating a profile and using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.

1. About Furries PH Events

Furries PH Events is a rego platform only. We provide software and infrastructure that allows event organizers ("Organizers") to collect regos from attendees. Furries PH does not organize, plan, produce, manage, or operate any of the events listed on this Platform. All events are independently organized and managed by their respective Organizers.

Furries PH is not a party to any agreement between you and an Organizer. We make no representations or warranties regarding any event listed on the Platform.

2. Event Information and Accuracy

All event details - including but not limited to dates, times, venues, rego prices, event descriptions, schedules, and attendance policies - are provided by and are the sole responsibility of the Organizer. Furries PH does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event information displayed on the Platform.

In the event of errors, changes, or discrepancies in event details, your sole recourse is directly with the relevant Organizer. Furries PH shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from inaccurate or outdated event information.

3. Payments and Finances

Furries PH does not handle, process, collect, hold, or have any involvement in any financial transactions between you and an Organizer. All rego fees, payments, and any other charges are transacted directly between you and the Organizer through means determined solely by the Organizer.

Furries PH:

• Does not receive, touch, or process any money on your behalf;
• Is not responsible for the collection, security, or proper remittance of any payments;
• Cannot issue, process, or facilitate refunds of any kind; and
• Has no knowledge of or control over the payment methods, deadlines, or conditions set by any Organizer.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

All refund, cancellation, and transfer requests must be made directly to the Organizer of the relevant event. Furries PH has no authority to issue refunds and will not accept or process refund requests under any circumstances.

Each Organizer sets their own refund and cancellation policy. We encourage you to review the Organizer's policy before registering. Furries PH is not liable if an Organizer refuses a refund request or fails to process one.

5. Event Problems and Organizer Responsibility

Any issues arising before, during, or after an event - including but not limited to event cancellation, postponement, venue changes, safety incidents, failure to deliver promised inclusions, or disputes over rego - are entirely the responsibility of the Organizer. Furries PH is not responsible or liable for any problems relating to events listed on the Platform.

By registering for any event through the Platform, you acknowledge that your attendance and participation are subject to the Organizer's own terms, rules, and conditions.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on the Platform. Some events may impose their own minimum age requirements - these are set by the Organizer and are independent of this Platform's eligibility requirements. You are responsible for confirming you meet an event's specific eligibility criteria before registering.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate and complete information when setting up your profile. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately through our official communication channels.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms or that present false, misleading, or harmful information.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform to:

• Register for events using false or misleading personal information;
• Resell, transfer, or fraudulently obtain rego spots;
• Harass, harm, or impersonate other users or Organizers;
• Attempt to circumvent security controls or access data you are not authorized to access; or
• Engage in any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Furries PH makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furries PH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any event you register for through the Platform;
• Any actions or omissions of an Organizer; or
• Any inaccuracies in event information provided by an Organizer.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where material changes are made, you may be prompted to re-accept. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
